Pardon the dust! You are now viewing the new TriMetiquette website. This has actually been an ongoing project for a couple months and I’m glad to have everything up and running (and running relatively smoothly I may add!).
While the major update really revolves around the design and organization of information, the other major addition is adding advertisement opportunities to the site. Really, I would love to spend all of my time running TriMetiquette, writing posts, receiving and posting personal stories about TriMet riding experiences and the like, but I have a full-time job. I do spend countless hours each week participating in TriMet and Portland public transportation discussions and posting here whenever possible, but alas, I don’t have all the time in the world.
The advertising options that I’ve added are unobtrusive and do not detract from the experience you’ll have on this site. It’s actually a wonderful opportunity for any local business who might be located on a bus line or MAX line to advertise their business and the ease of being able to get their on public transportation. If interested, I encourage you to contact me regarding advertising opportunities – it’s cheap and gets your business or event in front of public transportation geeks (like me!).
Please feel free to comment on this post with any feedback or other site enhancement requests you may have. Thanks for sticking with me and reading TriMetiquette!
Looks sharp!
Looks fantastic and I’m now following you on Twitter

Hmmmm?
Moving on up eh?
Wellll I don’t know about “moving on up”, Al, but I did want the site to look a bit more attractive to visitors
Quick question: Where are the “previous” and “next” links so I can browse and make sure I’ve read every post?
I’m seeing them when I access the root domain – http://www.trimetiquette.com – if you aren’t seeing them, can you let me know of the browser you’re using?
